If your GSM main panel is unresponsive, and has multiple lights lit up, as well as the screen's backlight, then the panel needs to be powered down competely.
Please disconnect the GSM panel from the wall power, and leave the power switch turned on so that the battery will drain completely. Once the panel is completely without power, then turn the power switch off for 30 seconds. After that, plug the power cable back in, and turn the power switch back on.
